Pension - Revision of Pension - Payment of Interim Relief pending implementation of the recommendation of the official Committee - Orders Issued.

1. The Pensioners Associations have represented for payment of interim relief due to the delay in revison of pension/family pensioners of Tamil nadu Generation and distribution corporation.
2. Considering the representations of the pensioners associations tamil nadu generation and distribution corporation direct that pensioners/family pensioners as on 01.10.2017 be paid an interim relief of Rs.1,250/- (Rupees One Thousand, Two Hundred and fifty only) per month and the arrears of Rs.5,000/- from October 2017 to January , 2018 be paid one lumpsum on 03.02.2018.
3. The above said amount is adjustable against the benefits of the revision due effect from 01.01.2016 and fixation of pay in the revised pay matrix due from 01.12.2015.
4. The expenditure sanctional in para 3 above is debit-able to Tamil nadu Electricity Board Account Code No75.404 Consolidated lump sum Interim arrear payment.
5. Receipt of the proceedings shall be acknowledged.
